An architect and urban planner with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure and urban development, Gaisu drives projects from conceptualization through approvals, construction, completion and handover.

At VES, she is responsible for land-use strategy, product development, planning, financial / physical progress integration, consultant coordination, statutory interfaces, inventory management and project delivery.

Gaisu is a qualified architect with a master’s degree in Urban Regeneration. Her previous experience in infrastructure advisory and projects includes metro and suburban railway in various cities, infrastructure development of urban lakes, defence housing, and large-scale industrial and residential townships. She has also taught architecture; an experience which has enhanced her ability to motivate large teams and handle differing perspectives.

As a leader, Gaisu has repeatedly earned appreciations from clients for timely completion and fine spatial details in the projects she has handled.
