He has commissioned HVAC plants of up to 6,000 TR and several 33 kV substations of up to 25 MVA, giving him hands-on experience with engineering systems of considerable scale and complexity. His electrical expertise extends to HT/LT distribution, grid networks, Ring Main Systems, substations, captive power generation, SCADA and building automation systems.

At VES, Manoj heads a team of 10 multidisciplinary engineers.

Manoj combines design engineering with practical execution experience. This allows him to critically evaluate designs for technical compliance, and also for efficiency, constructability, maintainability and long-term operating performance.

He also looks into technical audits, statutory approvals and regulatory compliance, including CVC technical audits, NOCs and compliance with applicable government standards, codes and ASHRAE requirements.
